Here is the latest from John B a man that is being talked about a lot by the drum and bass press at present. This one starts off with a stepped break and suprisingly uplifting strings before it breaks down and unleashes a full assault of breaks and a wicked bassline. One for the floor. Shattering.7/10.

Sleep Tonight	James Hardway Featuring Amanda Ghost (Klute Remix)	Recordings of Substance
For me Klute is the man of the moment and can do no wrong and this release is no exception. This one is strictly on the funky tip with soothing female vocals singing - "Will I sleep tonight" surrounded by jazz chords giving the tune a very smooth and mellow feel. Pure class. 08/10.

Another tune from Skynet this time on the Voyager LP sampler from Audio Blueprint. Featuring a stepped break with a dark and eerie intro the tune that breaks down in to silence before the sample anounces - "We are beginning cross checking routine". The tune then goes on the attack with a wobbly distorted bassline. 07/10

The duo from Austria have finally done what I've been waiting for, for a long time. They have pulled together all the excellent remixes they have been commissioned to do and slapped them on an excellent double album. I've have always been interested in the laid back mellow sounds that these two produce, so this album is in no way a dissapointment featuring remixes of Roni size's Heros through to the sounds of Bone thugs 'n Harmony's 1st of tha month and my personal favourite, the latin flavoured remix of Jazz Meister by Alex Reece. If your looking for some very well produced laid back sounds this album is essential. 8.5/10

After the release of there million selling album Reverence (which I brought expecting 10 Salvae Mae's, so was pleasently suprised) and picking up a Grammy for Best Internatonal Dance Act, Faitless return with there new long-player, Sunday 8pm. Following very much in the format of reverence you have a wide varitey of tunes to keep you interested in this album. The album feels more darker and mellower than the first one, with tracks like, Bring Back my Family and Killer Lullaby. The raps of Maxi Jazz are excellent as ever giving a lovely insight of being on the road on Postcards, and the lighthearted feel of, She's my Baby. My personal fave though is the gospel fueled hour of need. Yes, I like this album. So if you liked Reverence you won't be disappionted with this 7/10.
